MyLot VS. ReviewStream

What's better, myLot or Review Stream?
I've been a member of mylot longer than I have in Review Stream but I've definitely earned more by writing reviews. It seems that a full day's work at myLot (in my case, that's around 10-15 posts) will earn me as much as Review Stream will pay for just a single review! Amazing isn't it? Still, I continue myLotting because it's fun and less stressful. What about you, any thoughts on this?

I have been doing reviews before in that site but lately I have no inspiration, Before I can make a good review in just minutes, but now I just lost the fire. As for mylot, well I really enjoy it here, even if my head is spinning I can still earn some from my rubbish typings

Hi there my friend! I get lazy doing reviews as well but I try my best to do one or two or three in a day. I just go inside my bathroom and look for a product to talk about. :) I think the high payout is very discouraging unlike here in mylot where we can get paid after reaching $10 only...

Hi! I have a friend in myLot who got paid by Review Stream. But their downside is that they have to approve first your review before it got published. It's like your review is being reviewed, hehe.. Anyway, there's another popular site where you can write reviews about their featured products. Your review is published right after you finished it, and you can get to edit it anytime you want. Other authors can comment to your review so you can re-write them if they think it needed editing. It's like a myLot site wherein you can comment on other's work and rate their reviews.
If you want to join that site, send me a message and I'll send you an invite. ^^v They pay 1 dollar for each review. ^^v $5 is the minimum payout.

that was a good analyse. Yo have summed it up very well and I agree with you there. Mylottiong is fun and I love the interactions here. It's so energising and motivating. I love to come back to this place time and gain. It's like my breather.

yeah, I think that because for each myLot post/discussion/comment you get like $0.01, doesn't matter how long it is. In Review Stream, you can get like 2 dollars per approved review, and you get some cents when people vote for your review.

I like being in myLot since I don't need to look for products to review on. There are lots of topics to choose from, anything under the sun. Writing a review is stressful since you have to think very carefully since it's like selling a particular product. Here you can write whatever and whenever, join discussions that suits you best, and have fun at the same time. ^^v Earning here in myLot is slow but actually serves as a de-stressor for me.

Ok, got your message. I already replied. ^^v, yeah, that's what I think too. $0.01 is just average, because there are times that the messages/discussions get deleted, so your earnings decreases, lol... 50bux? wow! that's a lot.. congratulations.. ^^v

I think you get more than $0.01 per post here on mylot. I tried calculating it before and it was around $0.025 for me. It's hard to compute the rates though because there are other factors that affect your earning. You're right, of course. Mylot is more stress-free and enjoyable.

It takes you a full day to make 10-15 posts on myLot? Why?
I can understand people that only have a few minutes here and there not being able to make many posts, but a full day?
What do you consider a full day?
To me, writing reviews might be ok, but they require a lot more thought, and you do have to think of what to review. myLot is a lot simpler (for me). You read, then respond with whatever pops into your head.

Hi, I think you misunderstand. I don't do much during the day so I mylot whenever I'm bored or have nothing else to do. I don't spend a few minutes here than never come back again haha. SO maybe I'll do 5 posts in the morning, another 5 in the afternoon and 2 or more before I sleep...I'm sure if I sit down and spend an hour here I'd be able to post more.

I've got your point, RS pays better than mylot but as you said, more stressful than mylot. mylot is really enjoyable than any other sites I have tried. I still don't have the chance to continue my activity with one of the review sites that I've joined. I guess I will give a try to one, in the future...

I haven't tried writing in Review Stream yet, but I think it pays well compared to myLot, that is, if you can write unique ones.. and after they have reviewed/approved your review, then you can get paid after they publish it.
Stressful as it is, since you have to think of new products (or even old ones) to write about, but here in myLot, you can write whatever, you can ask, or just share what you have in mind.
If you want a review site that pays a dollar, but gets to publish your review after you finished it, please send me a message, then I'll send you an invite. I like this site since its minimum payout is $5. ^^v

Hi there. I haven't really tried out Review Stream but I've read positive reviews about the site (yours included) so I'm looking into trying it out myself. However, being the lazy person that I am, I think that I would still prefer myLot, in spite of the lower earnings, because it's easier to be spontaneous and random and to express myself here whereas writing reviews does require some mental effort. I promised myself to give the site a try though, the next time that I'm in a writing mood.

I'm very lazy as well! I've heard about review stream for a long time before I finally joined. Do try it out though. I only post 2-3 reviews each day and I still earn more than what I do here in mylot. Again, mylot's much more fun so I can't give up on mylotting. :)
