How many times a day do you brush you're teeth?

Hello, I always brush my teeth 3 times a day. After breakfast, after lunch and before I go to sleep. My boyfriend says it's stupid that I brush my teeth 3 times and that if I'm working more it will not be possible anymore. He says brushing you're teeth at work is not done. What do you do?

It is a necessary cleanliness to brush twice a day. I do it,once before going to bed and at morning,after waking up.

I brush two times daily.
