Do you buy make up online or do you prefer to buy it in stores? If you buy online what sites do you like to buy from? I do both, but I usually buy instore. Instore I like because you can actually see the shades and the size of the product. Most of hte time when I buy make up online it is just because I found a really good deal. Usually when I buy make up online it is from Avon, because I can get a good deal on something, so I don't mind if I can't see the exact product before getting it.

Well.. I have never bought anything online. Not anything physical. I might have bought some services or premium accounts, but I have never bought some real products online. I thought it was because I don't have enough money to buy anything lately. But if I do have money, cosmetics (in this case, make ups) is the least I want to buy online. My skin is rather sensitive, I can't buy things like that before trying it first. Even the best branded skin care products can make rash in my skin and make it allergic with the chemical compounds in it. So I don't want to take the risk of buying make up online. LOL

Yeah, if you have sensitive skin, it would probably be best to buy in an actual store, not online. I'm sure in general that makes it harder to find new cosmetics that won't give you a rash. I mostly just buy cd's and dvd's online...and only because I recieve amazon.com gift certificates on some sites, so I buy stuff there. Other than that I've only shopped on avon.com and on band websites to get shirts or cd's.

You received amazon gift certificate. LOL. I know where you get those things LOL, and I believe that you're not living in the UK so you only able to cash your earning by redeem it to gift voucher LOL. I went there too, I might go buying something for myself there. Buying cosmetics from the internet is really tempting for me, since I would be able to get the newest series of color, I also able to get some cheaper price because of that, but you know that sensitive skin needs more attention and buying make up online is just too risky to do. I haven't use avon products that much, so I don't know whether it is safe for me or not. I tried to buy some in the cosmetic counter first, and if the products are okay with me I might try to buy some. It wouldn't hurt to try :)

I prefer to buy it in a store. I want to make sure I get a shade I like. The color may look different than it actually is on a website.
