How many times do you eat in a day..

we are people from all over the world.. just share how many times do you have oyur food in a day... I'm an Indian and i have 3 meals break fast , lunch and dinner and i also have some snacks in between... wat about you people..?

Hello,Samuel! Normally I eat two square meals,the first one in my lunch and te second at dinner.Besides I drink five to six cups of green tea and a glass of vegetable soup in the morning.In the evening I just drink a glass of fruit juice.No other foods I require during the whole day.thanx.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, usually a morning snack and an occasional afternoon or evening snack. Pretty much the same as you although I'm sure the food's different. Right now I have developed a wheat allergy so I have had to modify WHAT I eat, but when I eat is pretty much the same as always.
