what's with the star?

i just notice some myLot users have stars on their profile...i don't have one, i notice some of them had stars yet they only posted around 70 and even 40 posts. can someone...share their ideas about this? happy myLotting.......

Hi!! Welcome to mylot.Its like a rating system.A member can gained it after having 100 scraps,this rating is given by other members,on the basis of the response. I am waiting to have it.

Hi rymebristol Youshould recive your star at your 100th post your stars go up and down depending on how you are rated I have never seen anyone have a star that had less than a 100 post hmm but keep posting your almost there

Hi there! Star represents your Mylot reputation. Every time a mylotter rates your posts(discussions, response, comment,etc.), whether positive or negative, it changes its color and number. hope that helps you. Happy posting!!
