Paid offers which are the best?

Have you ever done paid offers; where you get paid to try something or to sign up for something? What has been your experience of them? Is there any that you don't have to wait months to get payout from? What are the best ones? Or, do you think they are all scams?

I'm really trying very hard for these paid offers but getting nothing so far.

I do craving cash. Just made my first payout this week of 15 dollars. Took me a year to make that much as I really don't enjoy signing up for things.
The owner is very trusting.

Craving Cash? Can you tell me something about it? How long do you have to wait, after you hit the cashout request, before you get the actual payout in paypal or other?

Never have? I have not lately as I make more then enough with my full time job. It would be nice to get some pocket change that is consistent. \
I do not want, however, to work for hours for $1 when in real life I would not take a job that paid me less then 8 or 9 an hour!
