Is myLot loading slowly at your area?

I was thinking of responding by contradition, I mean saying that the connection in my end of the world seems fine. But coincidentally when I was trying to load the response box to this discussion I still have a comment that hasnt loaded yet on another discussion. Took some minutes before the whole page was loaded and Im sure its not my internet connection. So yeah, it mightve already been a week since you started this discussion but coincidentally, today, mylot loads slow at times. I can agree that perhaps the reason is that there are a lot of members in myLot. Its nearing almost 150K as compared to the 116K or something like that when I first joined some 6 months ago. MyLot is definitely growing, fast and steadily. Hope they keep up with this sudden influx of new members. Just love the site.^_^

It may be something wrong with your computer or with your internet connection. Mylot is working perfectly fine here with no problems at all.

No, mylot is doing good in my place. I am not having a hard time downloading mylot except when I first open or close the site it takes time. But when I use it, it workd pretty fine. Well, maybe your internet server has a problem. there are servers that are really slow.

Hello sdas86, Nice to meet you after a long time. I have a 100Mbps FTTH internet here, but very rarely observed that slow loading problem as mentioned by you. 100Mbps is quite a good speed for data transfer. Cache cleaning will do, but I think the mylot server is also sometimes overloaded. Those guys have to take some action to get their stuff upgraded. Try to upgrade your broadband speed if it is slow. Slow speed will kill the thrill to participate in discussions. Anyway, happy mylotting.

I casn log onto Mylot and find that it takes ages to load the pages,now ive always wondered if the Windows vista is slower than windows xp,and this is why my pages take so long to load.But it maybe isnt that at all.Other times I have just thought that there have been a lot logged on to Mylot,and that is slowing it down.But the internet sometimes runs faster than others,so im supposing its just the speed of the isp,or maybe im barking up the very wrong tree here.

maybe your computer is infected with virus, try to install a bood antivirus like kaspersky internet security latest version

I dont know what browser you are using but I have this problem sometimes when I use Firefox, when I switch to IE everything works fine. For some reason I think Mylot works better with IE which kind of blows as I like the spellchecker in Firefox. I hope this helps! Hugs, Tianna

Yes, mylot is loading very slowly at our area, I don't think this is because of my computer, my laptop is the newest Sony style with good configuration, it always works well, maybe it is because sth is wrong with mylot.
