Have you ever gong through the flood?

The flood in 1998 left me deep impression . At that time, the storm was more and more. The wind was also fiercer and fiercer. The bridge in my hometown was pulled
down by the flood.
My home was covered by water. There was water here and there. In the evening, the water got more and more. My grandparents were afraid of my security, so they took
me to the relative's house.
While we were on the road, the road was cut to pieces suddenly. I was so scared that I laid on the back of my grandmother tightly.
After several days, the rain was stopped. But the blood destroyed a lot in my hometown.

once while we are living in another city and my father was employed there and our colony was near the factory and far away from the major city. there was a storm that struck our city and rain kept on pouring for some 1 and half day and then it just slowed down. our dish was thrown away from the roof to the ground near by while we were sleeping and the water was coming up and it had reached our stairs which were some 4 feet or more if i remember high and then it did come in but then it was not that hard rain and it went down.
the grounds were all filled with water and there were many near our house and fairly large. i used to be young 9 years old and we moved around and i got a piece of glass on my foot and got stitches lol. many lost their lives as it was not a rich city and we were lucky as we were living in factory colony.
