Do you snore at your sleep

I heard of that, snoring is a sign of heart disease, but anyway i snore too, but not most of the time, i only snore when i stress or tired on that they. My grandmother slaps me when i snore when i'm sleeping, because she believe i might get nightmares.

Hello,Arun! Snoring depends largely on how you sleep.If you sleep flat eg.on your back with hands on your chest you are likely to snore.So don't sleep in one position.And as far possible avoid to sleep flat so that snoring will be controlled.thanx.

I used to think i am a quiet sleeper until other complain on me. I only snore when i was really really tired and fall into deep sleep.I cannot sleep when other is snoring, thus, I also do everything i can to mitigate from making noise to others.

hmm...i have to take off my avatar upon stating this. yes i snore. and my sister could attest that having me as a roommate is a 'snorefest' she always say that my snore can be compared to a person gargling water in his mouth. and when i had a very busy day, my snores are even louder. she even compared me to a drunk teenager snoring after attending a wild party. what's that even mean?!!? as for the heart problem, i dont think i have one---hopefully i decided not to take off my avatar. there's nothing wrong with snoring, right? right?*still contemplating if i'll take the avatar off*

I don't snore but I blabber well when I sleep.. I have heard people saying that one snores when they are in deep sleep.. My dad also snores loud. I am not sure if it is because of a symptom. My sister also snores very loudly..

Yeah,even I heard snoring denotes symptoms of heart disease. I usually don't,but my mom says sometimes that I snored badly the previous nite. I guess I do when I feel really tired. It's embarassing when people complain that we snore though it's no fault of our's.. Cheers :)
