Is is OK to buy referrals in bux.to?

I have a problem getting referrals for free and I'm planning to get referrals by buying them. What do you guys think? Have you try to buy referrals on bux.to?

its on your luck if referral become inactive then you will lose your money

The payments take too long; you're looking at 6 months minimum...
still waiting for $50 requested back in May.
I have 35 referrals, currently at $138 so I will request another payment when and if the first arrives..

Although purchasing referrals may work on other sites, I would not put a penny of my own money into that site. It took me 6 months to receive a $10 payment and I requested a $45 payment back in January and have yet to see it. Steer far clear of bux.to.
