When I felt very tired I would like to read some books. It can release the pressure on my body .I think it's a usefull method to solve the problem.Do you agree with me ?Or do you have other good way to tread the pressure?

I would never try to read because i feel tired and how can i read when i do not have much interest.I always sleep at bed when i feel tired. It does not essentially mean that reading when we are tired is bad but avoiding is better way as we can save our energy.

I like to read very much and spend every minute on it. There's nothing good for me like sitting with a book in my comfortable armchair. But sometimes I simply listen to some good music, for example, Enigma.
