What happened to Clickbux

So this seemed like a good place and was paying 2 cents for 45 seconds worth of viewing. Everything looked good but then they started advertising to join clickptc. Suddenly the page is no longer available and. Looks like they might have bailed and started this new site which is only paying 1 cent. Wouldn't this make a lot of people not trust their new site?
