How often do you laugh and how loudly? It is good to laughregularly and laughout loudly. I asked a few people this and I was surprised that some of them had not laughed in months and and some had never laughed out loud all their life. It is very good for health to laugh out loudly evey now and then. When I was Principal of a school, I used make the childrn raise their hands and laugh out loudly five times every morning in the assembly. I found that it has a very positive impact onteh children. They remain cheerful and work with greater enthusiasm. When you are feeling down, raise your hands up in the air and laugh out loudly and see the difference.

I am a silent laugher . whenever something funny happens I usually smile when in reality my mind is laughing, and if I can't control it any longer I get a grin on my face which means my mind is rolling on the floor of my skull laughing. now isn't that funny? hope it brought a smile to your face

Laugh out loud and you will see the difference. Laughing loudly pulls inmore oxygen to the lungs and you feel revitalised. Have a hearty laugh. Laughing is infectious.

I am a kind of serious person but that doesn't mean that i do not laugh or smile. But yes when i laugh i don't make any noise and it is more or less a silent laugh. Sometimes when i look at people laughing so loudly, i wonder how come they laugh this way. I still don't have that definition within myself wherein I can laugh making noise...

I do smile often, but rarely laugh. A sound rarely leaves from me.

I laugh plenty. I think that it's great even if you make yourself laugh. There's no such thing as a downside to being happy!
