I have 2 year old twin boys and think sometimes how do I do it. Im working on getting rid of bottles and trying to potty train and trying to get them out of there cribs. Theres so much going on I sometimes just lose myself. Any ideas on how to get any of the things started and keep them going?

I would start on one change at a time. Maybe first get rid of the daytime bottles and replace them with sippy cups. Once that is done, start on the potty training. I think that this might be easier with 2 becasue if you get one to go, make a huge deal so the other wants to go too. I admire you. I babysit for 11 month old twins and it is exhausting. I can just see what it is going to be like when they both start crawling (only one does so far). Remember slow and steady win the race.

Thanks that helps out so much. I know trying to do too many things will not only stress me out but also stress my kids out. It just seems harder than it is, cause they are not wanting to do anything! I was there when my boys started being mobile and I wished that all they did was lay there. They are so active I can barely sit them down to eat. I also have a 1 year old daughter and just trying to keep up with her is hard too. I appreciate the help, I am going to try it!

you're doing a great job for raising 2 boys. i can only imagine how you divide your time for both of them. instead of giving them the bottle...start by giving them sippy cup.
