Would you believe him

My sister and I were talking recently about a case heard a while ago in the UK where a man cut his wifes head off and claimed it was an accident! He says that she was at the bottom of the ladder and he was at the top, he dropped the chainsaw and it cut her head off. Do you believe him?

is that story true because my initial reaction was to laugh it sounds like something out of a corney take the p horror film

Oh my. That's a very horrifying story. I guess I'd believe him, as you can have that kind of bad luck, but it depends on his actions afterwards. Like if he called an ambulance/family instantly, or if he waited a day or so. I'd like to get some more background information.
How about you? Would you believe him?

Well, I guess it would depend on what the whole story is. Did he have a motive? What were his actions like after? Did they get along well? Sometimes things like that just happen. Terrible though...but they do happen. Before I would make a decision I would need all the answers and evidence. Like, what was he doing at the top of a ladder with a chainsaw?
