What Do You Do More On Mylot - Starting a Discussion Or Responding One ?

Here on Mylot we are having liberty to either start a discussion or reespond to existing discussion apart from commenting on some ones discussion. So it becomes quite difficult some times to decide what to do ! I used to be quite confused and generally would waste lot of time in search of good topics to participate in and after spending few hours I find to have responded to very few discussions thus wasting a lot of time! This was waste of time! So then onwards I have framed an plan according to which I start atleast five discussions per day on one of areas of my interest and respond to five discussons of my choice which I really like. Thus I make it a point that I must post atleast ten postings. This system works for me, there after I am happy as I am making pretty good amount of money for the postings what I am doing! What do you do, Starting more of Discussions or responding them ? Please respond! Thanks!

I respond more to discussions than I start. A lot of times I can't think of anything to start a discussion about. Sometimes I write down ideas during the day that I think would be a good discussion and then when I get back on here, I start a discussion about it. But most of the time, I just respond.

Your plan and strategy to achieve more in mylot seems logical and exciting.Earlier I was posting more number of discussions than responding to other's discussions. Now-a-days, I am falling short of many good ideas and themes to post more discussions. I am currently posting nearly 1-2 discussions and responding to about 10 discussions posted by others. I understand that posting more discussions always fetches relatively more rewards. I am also planning to change my strategy soon. Thanks.

i am a newbie at this site and do not know what are the rules .... like with what ratio of starting a discussion and responding to one should go. but till now i have started three and have responded in twenty. in addition to that i have commented in something live five or six. i think that i enjoy more in responding to topics that to create one ..... there are a lot of things that can be discussed over here. every where there are loads of topics.
when i started responding i thought that i would start with responding to all the discussions in a single interest group. then after responding to two or three i realized that i was indeed stupid to think in that manner. well there are loads of good discussions every where and there are a lot to be done over here.

i don't start many discussions because the ones i do don't really get responses so i don't do it as much. i do reply more because i like giving opinions and speaking my mind. sometimes it fun, sometimes you're helping someone and that gives a good feeling when you do.

I'm more of responding than starting.. i wanted to start conversation but dont know which topic to start so im just seeking discussions who took my interest then respond on it.. its more easier to respond than start a new one... if im not mistaken i only have less than 20 discussions which i started, and the rest of it was responding to every discussions..

I normally respond more to discussion than starting a new one.I really like to respond discussion in related to computer and questions.

Usually, what I do more here in mylot is responding than starting my own discussion. I don't know but I quite prefer to respond or perhaps it was just because that it is more easier to respond than to make my own discussion, since I'm kinda having difficulty in thinking a good topic to discuss nowadays. 
So, in a day as much as I can, I make it a point to make about 10-20 responses and start a discussion whenever I think of an interesting topic to discuss.

I usually respond to discussions. Can't think of subjects for starting of discussions. Responding is just more fun for me1

I'm more about responding to discussion rather than posting my own. I never really Search for any certain subject just because there's so much out there in the discussions that interests me.

I don't have any plans like that. If I have any good topics to discuss about then I will start that discussion. I don't have any specific count per day. As you say, I also waste my time just searching the discussions. Lol. If I feel that I am just wasting more time here, then I will go on and participate in some other forums and will try to find referrals for my site.
I will start a discussion only if I have something to talk about. Lol. Happy mylotting. Have fun.

I respond to more than I start. I only like to start discussions if I am going to be spending a lot of time that day because I like to monitor it and respond to those to respond to my discussion. I don't have a set plan as you do because I am not that organized! LOL
I seem to have a hard time finding topics to start a discussion on. It's easier for me to respond to those that interest me.

I prefer responding to the discussion than starting a new discussion because then you have to respond back to those who answer your posts and sometimes it is not possible to reply to all those who have responded.

Hi friend,I dont even make any discussion somedays,I concenterate only on posting responses to others discussions.When I post responses only I post around 10 to 15 responses perday.Sometimes I even post 25 to 30 responses.When I post discussions the next day I get time only to cxomment on the responses I get for the discussions posted.So I concenterate much on posting responses.thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

Hi there, Before i like posting some discussions and yes that helps me to earn alot but now i change, instead of posting started discussions i used to reply to discussions most of the time. Specailly if i don't have any idea to start the discussions. Happy posting.

i like to do bott the things..if i have any idea to create a discussion i will create it else..i would like to respond to others..whenever i feel tired i can response ..that time i like to response to others..otherwise..if i am in happy mood..i would like to create new discussions..this is my style..have a nice time in mylot..

the fisrt joining mylot is almost to make more discussion... but actually this is good for me to improve my english... i try to read and understand with new vocabulary.. sometimes can find friends from all over the world.. share experience and give opinion... tq mylot
