Where can I get a free, or really cheap photo editing program

do you konwn neoimage? it is a photo editing program that much like photoshop , maybe it doesnt has as many functions as that , but it can also make our potos much more beatiful. i think you can search it on the internet and download it free.

I agree with Warmetal. Gimp is free photoshop. You can do layering, editing, and it has awesome tools! :D

I recommend GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program), Its almost as good as Photoshop, and Its free.. http://www.gimp.org/

Hi there, it's easy to download Photoshop online. :) It's free too. You can get it at any torrent hosting site. I personally like mininova.org and thepiratebay.org. Once you start downloading from those sites you'll want to free up as much computer space as you can because there are tons of tv shows, movies, applications, and games to get for free!!!
