How can you tell what a person is like or if theyre lying

It's not simple really. But aside from the intuition, my skill was honed through time and through experiences. I've also attended several seminars on how to read people in terms of body language, eye movements, personality readings since it is a requirement in my job. The intonation of the voice, the consistency of their words as well as the discrepancy in everything that he/she says. I'm proud to say that more often than not I am right with my readings.
