If I have a million dollars to spend for the Christmas holidays only, I will buy a house for my family and my sibling's families, buy a place for my church choir, gives out college scholarships for poor school children, buy tickets for travel to the U.S. for my whole family (my mom, my siblings, their husbands, and nephews, nieces, all 14 of us) so I can take them to Disneyland, DisneyWorld, Sea World, KnottsBerry Farm, Magic Mountain, New York, Hawaii, Hollywood, watch shows at Broadway, Las Vegas, Universal Studios; Organize a party for children in the orphanages and in home for old people. I will organize a christmas party for them and will invite celebrities like singers, dancers, musicians, so that they can enjoy the holidays. of course, i will give out Christmas presents for them and that includes my friends and people i work with. I will start a business that will give employment to a lot of people. It's a dream for me and I wish, it will come true in the very near future.

If ever i have $1M for christmas holiday, i will spend it to the Philippines with my family. I will treat them a holiday outside the country,going to Hongkong disneyland and go for christmas shoppings and treat them with very very delicious foods that they never try before. I buy them a car and house as a christmas presents and give them a cash too to buy whatever they want. Happy posting.

a good question!i ofen discuss with my girl friend :what shoul we do if we have a mllion dollars ,our result are so easy ,to buy house,car, travel everywhere if we like ,help others ..........many many.........at the next ,we ofen get worried ,how can we got 1 mllion dollars ?

I'll clear my debts first then would spend a few for house and lot and a car. I'll give a few shares to the church and to my immediate family. My brothers will have their own cars. If the remaining amount might be used to put up a school, I will not think twice then, in doing so.

If I had a million dollars I would buy a big house. In that house I would stay with my kids and orphan children who do not have a home. And I would spend the money for their education..I like being with the orphan kids and very often go to spend the day in an orphanage. If I get this kind of money I would not think of any other way of spending the money.

Of course I'll buy a house too for myself and family perhaps. I'll also but myself a lot of stuff like a complete entertainment system meaning a TV, DVD player, sound system and maybe a game console to go with it. I'll also buy myself a PC and a Mac for my internet needs. Also I would buy a lot of books about magic and other things that interest me. I would also buy a lot of magic props and equipment. Also i would like to start my own business. I know there would still be a lot left so the rest will be donated to a foundation.

well, first I would pay off all my debts and buy a family conversion van. And an RV. I would buy a house and have it built special for each families interest and hobby. I would also have a seperate entrance into another part of the house for my daycare. And have an outdoor playstructure built. We would take our RV on a vacation to a resort for the entire month of December.

If I get a million dollars to spend during the Christmas holidays it would be fantastic. I would buy myself a ticket around the world with the route: London-Cape Town-Mauritius-Dubai-Delhi-Beijing-Tokyo-Vancouver-Houston-Managua overland to Panama -Cartagena de Indies-Lima-Santiago-Rio de Janerio-London. I would buy my home a bungalow with garden that she will adore. Next I would buy my sister a six bedroom house with plenty of space. I would buy myself a thatched cottage in the countryside and a camper van so go exploring in. I would buy all the toys that my children ask for. I would put on the most enjoyable Christmas party for all my family and friends. Good luck with your dreams and wishes.

Honestly, the 1st thing that I would do is set aside the money for all of our bills for the next year. I would buy some more itmes for my baby. I would buy some clothing items for my husband and I, but would not spend more than a few hundred dollars. After going back to work, I would purchase the car that I've want. It would still be used and already a few years old. I would search for jobs in the area that I plan to move to next year, begin working again, and actually purchase the house that I want. The rest of the money would be put in my savings. I would only dip into it for an emergency, or for me or my husband to continue our education, and for my daughter's as well. Oh well I just noticed for the Christmas holidays only. Well this is how I would spend it. I couldn't spend a million on the Christmas holidays. If I did, I should be shot. lol. That's a lot of money to spend on one holiday.

Hey there! Well, if I have a million dollar I'd buy myself a house, go on a 1 month vacation to Europe, Asia, and US. I will also buy my favorite cars like ferrari, lamborgini, mecedes benz, and a lot more. I'll buy a farm, I love doing farm works like taking care of the cows, feeding them. if i have $1 million to spend this Christmas then i would definitely pay off my debts, buy a 2 bedroom condo unit, buy my parents a nice house in Ayala Alabang, a vacation house in Boracay, a smart car for myself and for my siblings, a small business for myself and for my parents and relatives, donation for church and other charitable works, travel, gadgets, shopping and many more..

Hi Julienne_joy, you are great, you allow me to feel happy for a moment with the $1 million in my mind. 
If i were to have such money for Christmas holiday, i would definitely clear all my debts, then keep and save a portion of the money. Then to travel to my favorite travel spot like France - Paris, Germnay, etc. Of course, the travel must with my family member, but i don't have so many member like yours. 
After travel, then would need to plan for a business that can till old age.

Wow.. so good to be true! well, I will invest half of it and the rest will be spent for things that I like and these would include travel and vacation, scholarships... and maybe build a foundation for the people in need. I like to travel and see places that I have never visited before together with my family and loved ones.Places that I only have seen on tv or in read in books and in magazines..hmmm and since i have the money, well this would be a one-of-a-kind vacation!
also, i am a social worker by profession and i like to help people help themselves.. so if I would be given the right resources to do... then I would set up a scholarship fund for needy but deserving children and a foundation that would help communities.. Maybe a foundation that would provide skills tarining and livelihood assistance,etc..
