- A piece of dark chocolate a day a very small piece -- keeps the doctor away.
Hey everyone I just found out that dark chocolate is really good for you and that some people in the world eat a lot of it to keep them healthy. Apparently it helps prevent heart disease, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Milk chocolate doesn't do the same though so sorry for all the milk chocolate lovers.

Dark chocolates are healthy. Chcocolate is made from plants meaning it contains health benefits of dark vegetables. Chocolates have anti-oxidants that protect the body from aging caused by free radicals. Dark chocolate contains a large number of antioxidants thus people say it's healthy.

Hello, this is an interesting piece of knowledge you forwarded. About chocolates the problem is it’s difficult to stop with a very small piece. I remember one thing. A friend told another friend, taking whiskey in very small quantity is good for health. Now the friend has become an addict!!
