Do you have a Medicine maintenance?

Well I have and I got maintenance in my skin allergy.I am using Iterax so that I can sleep and feel no itch.It is actually difficult because the more you are taking the meds,the more its getting no effect because maybe my dosage is getting high..Its too difficult for me because I cannot eat any kinds of food especially fried chicken and seafoods.I am allergic to dust too but I can't drink my anti allergy every morning because I felt sleepy and I felt upset about it.but anyway thats my maintenance,So how about you?DO you have one?

I have am not maintaining any medicine, I am also allergy to dust but I am not attached everyday and when I have it, I will just boil a cup of water and put some salt in it and then place my nose in the opening of the cup and inhale! It's working for me![/i]

I rarely take a medicine. I don't like the smell of them. I try to avoid them as much as possible. If I have to take it compulsorily I never finish the full course, stop taking the once the problem is solved.
