I am an ebay shopperolic because it is very reliable. Ebay strive to make it's sellers responsible to their customer through various method such as a feedback point structure, so if you recieve good service you leave a positive message and if you did not receive good service then a negative remark does not look favourable for the seller. Ebay also ensure that the sellers are not taken advantage of, in the case that a shipment did not get to the person within a reasonable time so that buyers do not take advantage of the feedback structure. Ebay is not just a bargain centre but all the sellers that I have dealt with on Ebay I find were very professional and what I like is the fact that my emails were also responded to within 1-2 business days and my items always got to me within 2-3 weeks if in the US and 1-2 weeks if Domestic. Having a Paypal account is also effective that every purchase is tracked both on the seller and buyers side. I definatley see myself doing business with ebay for a long time.

It's nice to see a few positive posts about eBay. They certainly seem to get slammed a lot in these threads. My hubby sells some stuff on eBay and he's been happy with the outcome of his auctions. The buyers have been good about getting payment to him and most of his listings have received bids. I buy craft supplies on eBay and while I don't find as many bargains as I did in previous years, it's still saves me money compared to some of the supply shops. Plus, I get cash back when I win an eBay auction and that money adds up nicely in my Paypal account (in the last 3 months, I've received more than $35 in cash back money!) Welcome to myLot!!

I have always been happy with buying and selling on Ebay but I haven't been selling since all the talk about new rules, I am a bit scared to start up again but i think it is very safe and you do get good bargains.
