Adsense not accepting application of bloggers?

I have heard and seen many people making money through google adsense and so I am interested to join this. I have made really good blog in blogspot and applied for adsense. I got mail indicating reason of not accepting my site is it is chat site. What is wrong? I saw many blogs with google ads and even google adsense blogspot also exist and I have read long back that if one has no site they can start with blogspot.
If anyone suffering from same situation and have any idea or any adsense expert know details about this please do reply.

Yes' it should be an issue with your content. They don't accept all kinds of content. Read thier guidelines, that should give you some idea. Hope this helps! Goodluck!

Not at all. My contents are technology based and there is nothing extra in side menu as chat box or anything. I tried two times with different blogs also with good template then also same reason they giving is - chat site. I do not understand what makes blogspot domain or my blog as chat site? I even deleted comment option in my blog so no single reason left to show that people can chat here.
