Absolutely, it is so nice to eat it in the Seaside as well while you are walking out and have those favorite ice cream with you while walking with someone you love for sure it is more tastier...
cold ice creams the best ice cream but the best thing in the winter is a slupee walking down the street sucking back a slupee when its -30 is the best lol.
