Has Anyone Else Had To Stop Plans On Wanting To Buy A House

due to the Economy right now, or are you still forging ahead ready to buy something out there just because the prices are at an all time Low? For us, we had our Condo on the Market, and have had it on the Market now since the end of May. We really wanted to be able to sell our Condo and move into something bigger and would still Love too, but with this Economic downturn we feel right now is not the Best time to do so as well. Plus the main issue is due to the amount of $$ we have saved up, and I have been working on rebuiding my Credit back up after a major Financial situation, my Credit is also not the Best as well. And since a lot of the properties around here that are cheaper either need a lot of work to them, or are Foreclosures, Bank owned, etc. and not worth thinking about right now as well. So we have decided to pull our Condo off the market for now, and watch and see if things get any better in the next year or two once a New President steps into office. In reality, I really hope someone will take charge once and for all with the Housing Crisis we are all in, and realize that there are many people who should not be where they are as well. But how long it will take is yet to see, but I wonder if there are others here who have had to put this on the Back Burner for now as well? ~~TINA~~
