I have 2 children, one is 8 and one is 4. i love them to bits and im so prooud of them. my problem is they get up at 4am, every single morning, and no matter what i have tried or what time they go to bed, nothing changes. its not my eldest its my youngest. u could put her to bed at 7 and she will still be singing in her bed at 11pm but yet still wake up at 4. the health visitor says i need to tire her out, but this girl is as active as any kid i know, she hates to be still, and we walk the mile and a half to town nearly everyday. we do a lot of walking. and she at school now, but still the 4am waking, i cant handle this. there is no fuss at wat time she goes to bed and the actual staying in her bed, its the morning waking. anyone else have or had this problem what can i do im starting to get bags under my eyes lol. i have posted a pic of my little angel, maybe do some magic on her lol, tell her to sleep. sleeep. sleeep.lol on a serious note, anyone with the same or serious problem i would like to hear from u, or if u have resolved this problem, even better.

cookie is very smart suggesting you take a look at her diet. My daugther is 8 and I don't let her drink anything sugary in the evenings. She drinks only water. Also, if she wakes up, she knows to turn her little light on next to her bed and read a book. She is not to wake me up early!! I would be dragging and irritable if my daugther got me up at 4am.
