Do you go to places out-of-town often ?

After a long work-week, I like going to places out-of-town, depending on the weather conditions. I have friends in the neighboring cities, and it is nice to get together over the weekends. If the weather is favorable, I would go out to the mountains and national parks. That's a change of environment, very pleasant and relaxing. How about you ? Do you like going to places out-of-town over the weekends and holidays ? Where do you usually go ?

Yes, i love going out-of-town depending on my schedule. I do love going to mountains and national parks. But going to these places is rather quite time consuming, you see my city is located at the very center of Central Luzon which is the biggest island of the Philippines. So, going out-of-town during the weekend needs some preparation in order to really enjoy the trip which would take almost 3hours the least to any of the beautiful places here.I prefer going up north or to the western part to the beaches and mountains, we still have many beautiful places here that needs to be explored.

We also have Eco-Tourism parks now that are so relaxing and pleasant sites to spent the weekends with.Just to relax and have a wonderful time with family and friends.

Thank you very much Sweetie. I can sense from how you describe, you are living in a very beautiful snd scenic surrounding. I must make sure that I visit you when I come to the Philippines next time. Phillipines is an island country, and there must be many beautiful islands and beaches.

I have not had the chance to go out of town for some change of scenery. This might take a while yet since money is involved and I don't have the wherewithal to do this. I would like to go to some quiet place where I can commune with nature. Cheers!!

Alot of times when me and my boyfriend want to get away we go up to his aunts house about 30 minutes away. It's not far but far enough out of town that it's a nice retreat. Especially in the summer because we live in the desert and it's so hot like 120 degrees but just that thirty minute distance past the mountain drops about 20 degrees so it's nice to beat the heat in the summer too and spend time with people we enjoy being around and having fun.

That is excellent. That's what I'd like doing too, visiting families and friends, and very scenic places out-of-town whenever I have the time.

Hi Greenline, ya. i usually will go out from town to other places during holidays. Similar like you, i like to have a change on environment especially back to natural. So normally i will go visit some villages like fishing village, rent a house next to seaside/beach etc. It really relax my mind and i enjoy that very much. In addition, my wife will prepare nice foods, so is really a good family activities.

I always go out of town during vacations and holidays. During normal weekends, I sometimes go out of town to visit friends or relatives if there are invites or even a surprise visit. And once in a blue moon I go out of town just for the fun of it.
