I just hate to wear a tie....

Hey, my sitution is a little worse than yours. Though, I am forced to wear a tie too, but its only 2 days in a week, on Monday and Tuesday!! We don't have to wear a tie on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday, is indeed a mmore good day since we are allowed to wear casuals on that day!! But i think, my bitter experience of wearing a tie is much more longer than urs. U won't believe, i had a uniform in my college, so i had to wear formals and a tie for the whole 4 years of my college. Earlier, my father would always ask me to wear a tie along with a suit on every family occasion, but now, i feel so tied up wearing a tie. After experiencing it for more than 5 years now, ofcourse i won't like to wear a tie willingly on ana occasion where i can have a better choice. Anyway, i don't close the top button of my shirt while wearing a tie, and it keeps hanging loosely till my waist!!

Hi there ryandreamz! Most companies, especially MNCs have dress codes that employees just have to comply to. We are required to wear uniform from Monday to Thursday and any corporate attire on Fridays and Saturdays. I have gotten used to it though at first, I really do not like the idea of wearing corporate attire on Saturdays when most people do not have work. Hhhmm... the last time I wore a tie was when I was in high school. It was part of our uniform. As a lady, I wouldn't really feel comfortable wearing a tie at this time. I would rather use a scarf...

yeah there you are , being in mnc you have to whether you like it or not . you have to look your best as per the protocol!! it is like hanging someone , my grand father used to tell!! good luck and happy mylotting!!
