Yes, certainly. Its a bad for your health, based on my experienced doing graveyard shifts no matter what kind of job you have its not just tiring its very stressing. When I did even just 2 graveyard shifts per week that's 13 hours times 2. I still can't recover to go back to my sleep routine till after 3 days. Even I have to take vitamins, sometimes this is the cause of having a bad mood as well.

Yes, definitely. Studies show that there are a lot of possible illnesses that a person can get when he is awake at night. I have a colleague before, he use to work in a call center, who was hospitalize for two weeks because of over fatigue.

are you a call center agent that works on graveyard shift schedule? if yes..then i could say so.wanna know why? that's because i am a call center agent too or should i say call center agent before. sleep deprivation is the number one health risks that agents pay, in exchange of their high paying job. i know what i feels like after working 9 hours, taking and receiving calls from different parts of the world. sleep for a call center agent is not confined to the time of the day; unlike those employees who enjoy the dreamlike state of rest during the night, most agents do the opposite. sleep could not be quantified in terms of the total number of hours, in any given time of the day, since having seven or eight hours of sleep is not sufficient to say that one did enjoy a good rest.for agents like us who work in shifts, the biological clock also changes, thereby, requiring more time for the body to recuperate.understanding this, agents can have more "restful" sleep and eventually perform better for the following work shift.
