I recently joined a group if people to click together as a team on PTC sites and take advantage of quick pay sites and the question was raised as to how to send small amounts of cash to other members without attracting fees? I received cash on a personal paypal account and was charged fees. I thought that would be free!! How do you do it? I know that a personal account with alertpay is free but what is the smallest amount you can send?

Paypal and Alertpay do not charge personal account for receiving funds. But they have some limitations on the total amount being received. Take Paypal for example, they allow us to receive up to $100 per month for personal account. The limit could be raised to $200~$500 per month base on our level of verification (bank account, home address, credit card & etc). But if we upgrade to Pro or Business account, then it will be no limit. I think the minimum for inter account transfer are $1.
