saying you're sorry..

my sister has been battling this issue for almost a week.. she had arguments and petty fights with her friends lately because they had a defense ans she is the leader..but her group members wont seem to listen to her, instead, complained more than contributed some good work.. but she's a woman of good values.. she said sorry.. it was hard on her but she did it..and i admire her for that.. in return i said sorry to one of my friends that i had this issue on.. we'll all better now.. i want to know.. how hard is it to say sorry?? share.. :)
