Companies that want you to sell for them?

I don't get it like I've said in previous posts I don't want to pay a company to let me work for them. Even if it's a one time fee. If I didn't need the money then I wouldn't be looking into to them to see if I could earn. I have checked out about ten or so companies in the past few days and all of them want around 30 dollars to join. Well I don't want to join if I am going to have to pay. Do you guys know of any companies wholesalers of anything that are hiring stay at home moms to work for them without paying them first?

I also agree that if we want to work with the company we don't need to pay.If so, looks like we hire them to work.I think they only want to benefit and making money by our money and I think some of it totally scam.I don't know about companies that paying work for home for free but I know about company that want us to be an affiliate for their product.
