I am really very happy today because I got my 4-digit code at Unionbank and after a minute after I had encoded the digits on Paypal, I got verified! It took me almost two months to do this because Paypal was denying my card. You know why? Because I am nuts. The security code that I was entering was the code on the back of my card, but the correct code to be encoded are the CVV codes which are indicated on a paper given by Unionbank. I just read on a forum that it was the right thing to do and in a matter of seconds, Paypal accepted my card. I think Unionbank should include this on their details.

We are very thankful that there's already an alternative way to send our funds from Paypal to Bank account/Debit Card...thanks to UnionBanks's Eon Card.... Congratulation for making your paypal verified. I am a verified user since March 2008 with the help of Eon card, btw, I came from the Philippines.

Yes, that's true! It really made a difference to me because I don't have credit cards to use. And as I've said, it opened more opportunities of earning as Paypal is known and used internationally. I hope more banks get to issue debit cards someday since Unionbank's branches are not that many. I too have to commute far before I can reach the nearest branch.

Congratulations too! I also suggest that you get a membership on their online banking, well, that is if you are still not a member. The email support is fast on their response. They give me the Paypal code in just a matter of less than 24 hours. I also sent inquiries in the past and they responded very fast. In that way, you won't have to call the branch. Good luck to both of us.

Wow that's good. I am planning to have my EON card as well. Their site doesn't support application online anymore so I have to go in person to apply for EON. Maybe later, I'll go to nearest Unionbank to have EON card.

Congratulations! Getting PayPal verified actually increases your reputation with merchants so it was really a must. When I joined my first site. I immediately created an account in PayPal and had it verified. Luckily I have a credit card I can use.

Hi. Yes, I think there's a transaction fee (nothing's free today)/ I am so happy because I also sell in E-bay. Now I can sell my stuffs even internationally. I can accept Paypal payments already. What I am certain about Paypal is, that if you get your withdrawal of P7,000 above, there won't be a transaction fee. That means I should have more than 153USD before I withdraw for me not to pay anything.
