Will you simply forward email to your friends?

We received lots and lots of forwarded emails everyday. Some are pure sharing, some are warning about certain products or services or methods. Will you filter those first before you forward to your other friends. For example, it mentioned about cannot eat A and B together, because that will create toxic that very poisonous to human body. Will you go to verify these statement in internet, check with others first? Or you will just forward to your other friends? Do you think simply forwarding might create unnecessary panic?
