Phone hang up

Have you ever gotten mad and hung the phone up on someone? Or has someone gotten mad and hung the phone up on you? How does this make you feel. I've been on both ends. I fell rude for doing it and I hate when someone does it to me. It is such a rude thing to do. What do you think?

I have never hang a phone on someone, although there are so countless instances that I wanted to do so. Since I was a customer in-charge before and it deals with for repairs of damage appliances. As much as possible I always try to remain calm, despite encountering wild and sometimes stupid customers.

Oh yeah I guess at work you can't. I've had jobs dealing with stupid customers too. I didn't even consider that when I typed the question, but that's a good point.
