My e.p.s teacher (e.p.s=physical education and sports) told to day that people can get sick if they do not get a shower right after training and doing sports , it told me that the sweat can cause lots of diseases which attack in the first place the skin and damage it ,.. after he finished I find it some kind of weard to do that immaediatly , because usually when I do train , I get a rest for an hour or twp then I get my shower , So I was wondering is that true ,the sweat story ?? How about you , do you do the same like me , or as the teacher told me ? shall I really change this habbie (wiating two or tree hours) ?

I usually rest for at least 15 minutes before I hit the showers. i also make sure I took my shoes off so that my feet can "breath". LOL! Some people hit the shower at once, not knowing its bad effect to people.

Yeah , there are a lot of them (people), but your point is that you agree with getting the shower as soon as possible after you finish your training ,so it is healthy and helpful for the body ,.. I liked so mutch the part where you've talked about feet,it does really make them breath and get colder, getting off the shoes is healthy too.
