I didn't even made a discussion here about my problems in Paypal last time because Paypal changed my account into limitations. They stated that there's a 3rd party who used my account, so they decided to changed it to limitations last September 11. That means I can't send payment nor buy the things I want through online shops or withdraw my funds to debit card/bank account. Take note that I am a verified user of Paypal.... but because of this "3rd party" issue, they want to protect my account against this hacker or whatever you call that, so they turned it into limitations. So, they (Paypal) want to prove that I am the owner of the that account, they want me to send a scanned images of my IDENTIFICATION (National ID/Postal ID/etc). I send them away the Postal ID that I have last October 9, 2008 in the afternoon. And got my paypal account restored on that day also in the evening... I didn't expect that they will review my documentations that fast. I'm so thankful because I just thought that it will take days or weeks to make my account back to normal. Now, my Paypal issue problem is solved. I can send payments, buy online, withdraw my funds to debit/bank account... I'm glad that Paypal is really secured, because they are the one who send me a note about this 3rd party. Can't you imagine, if Paypal doesnt changed my account into limitations. This person (hacker/3rd party) can spend my money in my paypal account. ARGH! I'm so glad that this thing didn't happen. Thank you Lord! ^^

hackers just rune all the fun i had a hacker trying to get in to my cell phone account today so i had to delete the account so i would not have to worry if he would get in or not your just lucky that paypal put limitations and asked you to verify your identification some places would not even carre and leave you holding the bill.

Congrats! I'm glad this "3rd party" did not get access to your money and such! I just had a fake paypal email in my email account the other day. Said something about a transaction dispute and then gave me a link and wanted me to log in and check it out. You really have to be aware of these things, if I would have went to that link I probably would have just given the hacker my login id and password and who knows what they would have done with it!
