Hot water heater rentals?

I have been without hot water for 2 weeks now. It's a pain having to take cold showers. Luckily where I'm at it still gets warm during the day so it's not ice cold yet but it will be heading that way as the season changes. I don't have the best credit so I can't buy one on credit. Does anyone know of a place where I could rent one? Like rent to own? If you have any info I would greatly appreciate it.
