Though all the four vedas included the topics like health, astrology, spiritual living and behaviour,Ayurveda in its full totality was included in Atharva veda as a sub sect. Ayurveda is not a full fledged Veda.

Hi, There are four types of Vedas: Rig Veda, Yajur Veda, Sama Veda and Atharva Veda. 1.Rig Veda Rig Veda is the first Veda of the four Vedas. Rig Veda means a Veda of praise. This Veda has several verses (hymns). These hymns praise a number of gods. This Veda is also the oldest Hindu holy book. 2.Yajur Veda Yajur Veda is the second Veda of the four Vedas. Yajur Veda means the Veda of the Yajus. Yajus were mantras sung during religious activities. Yajur Veda is divided into two parts. The name of the first part is Black Yajurveda, called Taittiriya. The name of the second part is White Yajurveda, called Vajasaneyi. 3.Sama Veda Sama Veda is the third Veda of the four Vedas. Sama Veda means the Veda of sacred songs. This Veda also has many hymns. They were sung by the Hindu priests and other Hindus during religious activities. 4.Atharva Veda Atharva Veda is the 4th Veda out of the four Vedas. Atharva Veda means the Veda of knowledge. All these books are considered by Hindus to be of ultimate knowledge on both types of education: spiritual and mental. Ayurveda traces its origins to the Vedas, Atharvaveda in particular. Atharvaveda contains 114 hymns or formulations for the treatment of diseases. Ayurveda originated in and developed from these hymns.

There are 4 vedas totally 1. Rig Veda 2. Yajur Veda 3. Sama Veda and, 4. Atharva (or Atharvana as some people call it)Veda These four vedas are the Sacrad books of the Hindus and contain many sacred sayings and philosophies . Out of these the Atharva Veda is a little different from the others in the way that it deals more with our body and mind . Ayurveda is an art of science which deals with cure of our body's injuries with natural remedies such as using Herbs etc . This comes as a portion of the Atharva Veda.
