Do you use a Laptop Cooler?

Does anyone here use a Laptop Cooler for their laptop? And if they do - what brand do they use? I use Notepal by Cooler Master and sometimes when I play more graphic-demanding games like Counter Strike: Source or Day of Defeat: Source and I touch the front part - electricity leaks. Luckily it isn't a lot of electricity and only feels funny :)
