How often do you eat out at restaurants?

I was just wondering how often you eat out. Our family eats out usually about 2 days a week. We go out to lunch one or two days and sometimes 3. My girls keep me super busy and I find it much easier to just grab food to go. My favorite is Chinese restaurent and pizza hut. How about you? Do you and your family eat out alot?
