Why the rich countries are not coming forward?

World leading economists say,due to huge price rise of food stuff new 90 crore of people of the third world countries will be added to poverty stricken class.USA and other rich countries are expending billions of money for manufacturing war materials.If these countries expend little portions of these money the hungry people can get food.The children of the poor countries can be free from malnutration and diseases. Why the rich countries are not coming forward to save these helpless people?

Actually, the U.S. and other countries are giving to help the hungry. The U.S. gives more than any other country, in both food and money. The problem that is encountered in many of these cases is that the rulers and tyrants who rule these third world countries take the money or food for themselves before it's able to get to the people who need it the most.

Do you mean the rulers of third world countries are corrupt?US and other rich countries sell huge arms to third world countries.These countries take Billions of money in exchange of arms deal. It's true US and other rich countries give food and money to the hungry and poor nations.But the money they take away by selling arms are huge. The help they give to the poor nations is negligible incomparison to that.Actually rich countries help is rather an eye wash.
