Do you have allergies? mine are acting up, I have a stuffy head and runny nose, and starting to cough, I don't like it when I feel bad...How about you?

I have allergies too. Whenever the whether changes i start to sneezr and get a stuffy head. After my body gets used to the new weather I'm fine.

I was just wondering how much dairy you eat in a normal/average day. Did you know that dairy production are bad for allergies? It makes it flare up or something like that.
