What do you do when you are at bad mood (angry/sad)?

Most of us have our own way to deal with ourselves when we are at very down and bad mood. Some people eat a lot if they they are sad. If I'm sad I prefer to cry out and then have a good sleep. If I'm angry I like to move a way from the stressful environment and find a time for myself, and listening to some soothing musics and sleep. Most of the time, after i slept all the bad feeling will be gone. What about you? How do you handle your feelings?

When i am in a bad mood, i want to push myself in working, like for example in my house, like i got mad with my husband, i do cleaning everything and after that my mood will be back to good and i wont talk to my husband first, i will let him to talk to me. While cleaning the house i used to listen rock music to erase my anger and not be disturbed by anyone.

When I am in bad mood, I cut on some smooth jazz and just try to calm down. When I am sad and feel like crying, I either get a good cry in or talk it out. Sometimes also I will get a video game out and distract myself a good while until I forget I was mad about.

I'm in that exact predicament right now. I'm hanging on by a thread! I usually cry a lot until I fall asleep but I don't feel better the next day. I also notice that I breath heavily and even i'm doing my work or something, at the back of my mind, I am distracted with how I feel ....
