Wanted: bargain hunters

So coach me here. Our church is running an online auction and I need to know how to drive buyers to the site. There are really great items available and great bargains are available. But we need to reach more than just our congregation to make it a success.
How do we get folks to go check it out?

Of course this is one way. Having the general discussion. I guess you could specifically feature one item at a time. Or offer to put the link on your profile. Put some info on any other site you comment on.
