I know of four people who have won Nobel Prizes for special contributions to the world. One is Rabindranath Tagore. He won a Nobel prize for Literature. The other one is Venkata Raman, who won it in the field of physics or the Raman Effect, a property of light. The third is Mother Teresa for humanity. The fourth person is Amartya Sen who won the Nobel prize in the field of economics.
