Do you switch on your A/C when you feel tired?

Now a days in most of the houses it has become centralized A/C's rather than switching to window and split a/c as they feel tired every time they come from office and feel that they are almost tired out and can not stay in the world without an a/c.Sometimes i feel the need for the a/c to run all time at my home.Share your view on the a/c usage.
