Another long night, It's 3;30am and I'm up already.
I have a lot of things planed for today and probably will be tired.
I don't like taking naps during the day cause it makes me feel spacey and more tired when i wake up.
Sometimes i fall asleep on the couch sunday afternoons for about an hour
and when i wake up i just want to go straight to bed and keep sleeping.
What's that all about.
I thought naps supposed to make you feel refreshed?

Yes, it is supposed to make you feel refreshed. I know that I take naps mostly during the summertime.. For some reason, I am very tired when it is very hot.. I don't know why I get like this. I feel very sluggish, like as if I have lost all of my energy. My grandmother once thought I was pregnant, when I used to sleep like that.. In the trailer was very hot, it was no wonder, I was so sleepy.. The heat makes me very sleepy.. I do try to take as many naps as I can, but sometimes, my body will not allow me too. I love when I take a really good nap.. It makes me more alert and energized.

Naps never help for me... maybe its because I take like 4 hour naps. THey just make me more tired. I think to take a nap effectively - youre suppose to take "cat naps" or "power naps". 20 mins or so... I don't know about you but it takes me about 20 mins to fall asleep.
