Can we use manual traffic exchange for dNeero?

I'm a member of dNeero and wonder if I can use traffic exchange to increase my impression count. I know by posting the code on my blog it will help increase the count but Wordpress doesn't support flash! :( I'm thinking of using manual traffic exchange to direct traffic to one of my blogspot where I'll post the code. Do you think it's allowed?
