How come some people are so cruel?

Hi GemmaR! The fact about a lot of cruel people that you meet must be training themselves into an "Anger Management" or anger therapy. Maybe they have encountered something bad in their past or just had a bad day recently, or must have been influenced by their family member/s' or friend/s' bully attitude or they are just envious of other people. They're humans, just like you and me. Imperfect, yet struggling to become better. I know how it feels to be bullied, it actually hurts me and stresses me a lot but I can't talk back to the one who bullied me because it would only make the situation worse and I probably end up fighting with that person, like hell. I just keep in mind that if someone bullies me, I'll think of that person as a one year old baby - immature and has no idea on what he/she is doing to hurt other people, including me. It's only natural, there are many of cruel people out there that we cannot avoid at all times so you just need to bear with their attitude. "Be nice and still, even if others aren't." You know I don't know why but I hate it. People can be so crul to others and sometimes I think that the person is just having a bad day. But if this person dose it all the time then there may be something more and they may need to get help to find out if somethings is wrong with them or if they are just doing it to do it.
